The Stacey Pepper Dance Academy performed their first show together as a company on Saturday 16th July at the Ipswich Corn Exchange. The majority of the pupils took part in the show, ranging from just 3 years of age to 22 (including the talented Adult Tapper Team). All pupils had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and put on a truly street jazzy opening section to a balletic Irish themed Finale not to mention the Hawaiian modern section in the middle and the Tots ballet who all went on a 'Summer Holiday'. And of course not forgetting the beautiful forest flower ballet.
The second half got started with themed music from the film Moulin Rouge and the Seniors were dressed to impress in their brilliantly made outfits. Then they slowed things down with a Frank Sinatra section filled with rhythmical Tap sequences and we ended the show with music by Queen from the muscial 'We Will Rock You'.
The show was a huge success and it definately has made us STRONGER as an independent Dance School. For anybody who saw the show, we hope you enjoyed it and I'm sure Miss Stacey & Miss Fiona are already making preperations for the next one so WATCH THIS SPACE!
